Well, what better than after a nice day at the beach go out and dance, play and drink, together with many others in a night that you will never forget. Cancun has a major of night clubs and discos. They are all top ones, where music does not stop until the morning hours. There are all type of music, ranging from live and karaoke, to ultra disco music. There are mini skirt and bikini contests all over Cancun, so do not miss it.

Also, these are the most famous discos and bars (so you know); Coco Bongo is a disco club and got here if you consider yourself a party person. Bulldog Cafe is a great laser light show with live music and an excellent view of the stage. Carlos 'n' Charlies, picture loud music and wet T shirt contests with a capacity of over 1,000 people. Dady'O is one of Mexico’s most popular clubs. It has endless nights of dancing, great parties, famous DJ’s and three dimensional laser show. There are many, many more. Go and see it yourself!

Chichen-Itza

Deep within the jungles of Mexico and Guatemala of Yucatan peninsula lie temples and pyramids of the Mayan civilization. While europe was in the Dark Ages, Maya had mapped the heavens and evolved the only true writing system. They invented the calendars we use today and were masters of the mathematics.

The Maya are probably the best-known of the classical civilizations of Mesoamerica. They originated in the Yucatan around 2600 B.C.. The Maya developed astronomy, calendrical systems and hieroglyphic writing. The Maya were noted as well for elaborate and highly decorated ceremonial architecture, including temple-pyramids, palaces and observatories. They built all of it without using any metal tools. Around 300 B.C., the Maya adopted a hierarchical system of government with rule by nobles and kings. This civilization developed into highly structured kingdoms during the Classic period, A.D. 200-900. Their civilization and number started to decline around A.D. 900 when - for reasons which are still largely a mystery.

Beaches

The beaches are attractiosn for itself. There are numerous activities every day, ranging from valeyball to soccer, with each game played on a beach. Cancun is on the Caribbean sea and the water is warm and calm. The beaches are along Kukulacán Blvd and are very well marked. You can also take a bus and for a few pesos explore another beach.

The Tourist Zone

Called the “Zona Hotelera” or Tourist Zone, it is a narrow island 14 miles long. Everyone comes together in this zone. Hotels and condominiums are built along and they offer you unbelievable ambience for enjoyment and pleasure. Kukulcán Blvd is the main road there and you will remember its name right away. On the inland side of Cancun Island is Laguna Nichupté, there is a vast lagoon which serves as home to numerous marinas, water front restaurants and shopping malls. The area close to the centre is known as the “Party Zone” and is home to many of the Cancun's nightclubs and discos. Do not miss this one! There are many restaurants with different cousines and they suit everyone's taste. Try it - you will not regret it.
